35 weeks

I can't believe I am 35 weeks pregnant this week. The pregnancy in some ways has lasted an eternity, and in other ways seems like it has just begun. I think that Grayson has run out of room and so the flips and turns of from this summer have become bumps and nudges. I am still able to feel him at any point during the day if I stop and wait a minute or two. (This doesn't happen often.) I feel a little large, but this could be due to my love of Pumpkin Spice lattes and DQ Blizzards, and sleep is a little challenging. Given my experience with this 'process' I know I should be sleeping now because I won't be in a few weeks. BUT, as always, the anxiety keeps my mind moving 100 mph all day and night.

We are struggling with when to make the big 'move' for Lady O from the crib to the big girl bed. We have swapped out Dylan's queen size bed for two twin beds, and the decorations are almost complete....I am just SCARED TO DEATH to move Olivia out of the crib into her twin bed. It is so peaceful to be able to put her in the crib at 7:30, walk away, and not hear from her again until the next morning around 7!!! I think we will continue to stall on this for another couple of months. The plan is to redecorate the nursery for Grayson during October, and then wait until I am brave enough to move Olivia from the crib. (Dylan is dying to have Olivia move into his room...which only tells us that they will be playing around more than sleeping, and frankly, I can't handle that right now.)
