I think it is a standard 'goal' of every family in Florida to go to Disney once a year. I am not sure why, cuz I really don't appreciate it the way that I should. Nor am I able to blissfully take a step back and see it through my 'children's eyes', BUT we still do it. Labor of love or something like that...
This year we were so lucky that John's company paid for a two night trip to Disney for about 8 families. All in, there were 40 adults and children (The Sullivan's included). It was a crazy, stressful, fun, sweaty, Disney time. We stayed on Disney property in 'cabins', rode golf carts around Fort Wilderness, went in a huge pool with a two-story slide, ate dinner at the Polynesian and saw the luau show, went to the Magic Kingdom, had a cookout, and were completely exhausted!! The kids ran so hard that they fell asleep before their heads hit the pillows each night.
