Here's a peek at how mornings go in our home:
Olivia up at 6:00, Dylan up at 6:45 (totally opposite of the usual schedule)
1- Dylan had waffles, bananas, and eggs for breakfast
2- Dylan asked for ‘CARS’ about 15 times between courses
3- LaLa had cereal and bananas….but spit most of it out by making raspberry-like noises (I laughed)
4- Dylan demanded play-doh (and Cars), so we settled on Play-doh…which somehow ended up in my coffee, and because I laughed he tried to jam some in my coke too
5- LaLa went down for a nap at 7:45
6- Dylan demanded Cars, Monsters, and anything else he could think of to get me to turn on the TV…to no avail
7- we played on the ‘Park’, and I picked up some poop (bonus points for mommy)
8- Dylan had a bath & sponge Bob (and demanded the hair dryer…which I tried to dodge, and then he screamed…so I gave in)
9- Dylan demanded Cars and so I convinced him that Cars was with Daddy, and when Daddy gets home he can watch it (I settled for Blues Clues at this point)
10- I logged in and sent a few emails
11- I showed Dylan his school on the web cam, and he named about 8 people….so cute!!!
12- LaLa woke up, and now we are off to school
Mommy's back to work now, and it's 9:00 AM
